Gotta give credit to Phil Jackson. On paper, the Lakers shouldn’t be that much better than the Clips. The system that Jackson uses, however, makes his teams much better than the make up of their individual talent. This is what has brought him rings.

I guess what the Clippers really need is not a PF or a backup point guard. They need a Phil Jackson on the sidelines.

There are two other answers for question #3:

If you’re talking still currently in the league, it’s Josh Powell.

However, if you’re going all-time (including the Buffalo era), then’s Bob McAdoo (Braves & Lakers), Ron Harper (Clippers & Lakers), Norm Nixon (Lakers & Clippers), and Adrian Dantley (Braves & Lakers).
