If you wanted to know just how bad the Clippers are – people clamoring for a return of QRoss pretty much it up (not that I disagree with you – even last year’s version of QRoss is preferable to Ricky Davis 2008).

I never thought I would say this, and it’s probably a sign of how desperate we’ve become; but if Ricky Davis is going to shoot 25%, I would rather have Q Ross back. As bad as Ross was offensively, at least he can play better defense than Ricky D. I can’t watch opposing 2 & 3 run around Ricky Davis anymore. Please bring back the bad old Q Ross days…

Ricky Davis isn’t just altogether useless on Vince Carter, he’s altogether useless – period. Personally, I’ve never been a fan of this guy whatsoever and would replace him for Ruben Patterson (unsigned by the way) in a minute if I could. Davis always had an awkward shot and scored most of his points earlier in his career of pure athleticism. That’s what’s “gone.” He’s actually not a natural shooter. And defensively? Let’s not go there.

I really like what Camby brings, he’s impressed me more than I thought he would, but if there is a trade that can bring a stronger off-guard or 3, the clips have to do it. I think VC is out of the picture (NJ looks like a legit playoff team based on a number of their wins), but what about Jason Richardson? Would Charlotte make that trade? (assuming anyone can get MJ on the phone).

Ironically, I think we’re gonna see a lot more of Mardy Collins on the floor than anyone thought.

Something needs to be done. I’m not really sure what Dumb Dumb is thinking, but another move needs to be made. Ricky can’t hit a shot to save his life and I’m not really sure that he wants to. Eric on the other hand is getting more aggressive, he’s just not ready yet.

I want no business of trading Kaman so my vote is Camby. Someone would surely want a huge defensive presence with a nice contract.

NO, Denver, Miami, at Dallas, at Houston. I don’t see the Clippers winning any of their next 5 games. 1-4 if they’re lucky. You’re looking at 3-15 and Dunleavy is making trades like they’re in the playoff hunt.

WTF is up with Ricky Davis?

I know that he’s always been problematic defensively, but he’s always been able to shoot at least.

This year, his shots aren’t even close to going in.

At this rate, he’s going to find himself in Europe next year, and he’s too young for that.

Kevin, if the Clips do trot out a Randolph, Camby, Kaman lineup, is there anyway you can time how long it takes for all of them to get in the frontcourt? I would say on average it will take about 14 seconds for all three to get across. I know this might be hard to keep track of, because there is a good chance Baron fires a one on four 28 foot pullup before they all get across anyhow. I would suggest a stop watch, but that’s probably not necessary. Sun dial should do the trick.

What do we do to build around one of the best fast break point guards in the league? I know! We trade for a 270 pound tub of lard who is guaranteed to slow us down even further. Great trade!
