I agree that we ( Clippers ) are improving with every week that passes. it seems that our scoring drought is almost gone and now defense is the next task. Randolph can just score and I dont think he really hurts the team like some have said previous to his arrival. If Baron Davis can just settle down a bit with his 3 ball and keep it down to about 4 or 5 attempts and look to drive in and kick out to lets say ..Oh I dont know.. ERIC GORDON.
Thought we got a PG of ‘A’ Class. Look who we’ve got.
He actually acts like ANDRE MILLER II.
I haven’t seen him looking or talking to his team-mates.
He’s not even thinking of making smart plays which he’s capable of.
Is he punishing Dunleavy? Or is he listening to Brand & Maggette
every night?
We’ve had enough. Just move him out of here.

Andre Miller, the sequel, is exactly what Baron has turned into.
You could see it coming though – he looked completely disinterested on the court literally from the first game we played when the Lakers blew us out.
Hindsight is 20/20 but Baron is absolutely THE worst point guard we could’ve brought in. This guy is a self-pitying sulker with no pride and no heart whatsoever.
He gave up on this team at least 15 games ago and is incapable and unwilling to dig deep and make a real concerted effort to turn it around. He is not a leader – he’s the epitome of a quitter.
Time to make some calls around the league so the little boy can go on his merry way and be the happy shot jacker in another city.
Yup, I agree 100%. This is Andre Miller Part 2. What a pathetic disgrace this is. And it’s only December, we have to completely laughing stocks until April.
They won’t match last year’s win total. No way in hell.
This all but guarantees that Dunleavy will be fired. My guess is Monday morning after we get blown out by the Wolves.
BTW, nice to see Baron laughing and joking it up with the Grizz while his team is down 15 in the 4th qtr of another disappointing season. What an ass. Baron is turning out to be a real cunt.

I’m switching over to watch the purple and gold. Anything is better than watching this garbage. Its like watching a JV team (Mem) beat my sister’s 8th grade team. I’m gonna officially buy my first Laker tickets next week and sh*t on my ’04 Clipper playoff shirt so I can mail it to Roeser.
F*ck the Clippers, and most especially F*ck Mike Dunleavy Sr.
I’m out.

Sorry to see you go, J’Smooth, I remember reading your posts during the Lamar, Q, Miles days. The Clippers are a frustrating franchise to watch…and the basketball has been ugly, especially this year, so I can’t blame you. The majority of Lakers fans that you will meet at Lakers games are a big turn off though…but good luck to ya. The purple and gold are a damn good ball club.

Don’t wish anyone who walks away from the team they support (how bad they are going) best of luck. If they are that weak, let them go without giving them the time of day, especially to head to a wankfest of Lakers supporters.
baron davis reminds me a lot of corey maggette. both have very low basketball IQ, plays lousy defense, very selfish, scores a lot of meaningless pts, and chokes in the clutch. we need a pg like sam cassell. get rid of this clown baron davis! BOTH baron and dunleavy need to go!

We are not gonna trade Kaman until we see hoe our 4/5 rotation with him, Camby and Zach is gonna work out. Baron on the other hand has become a major distraction and needs to be traded to the Bobcats for Felton and Wallace.
Something drastic is going to happen. All players know this. Baron is on his way out. That’s a good sign. We’d rather struggle with Taylor, Hart & Gordon running the team.

Davis is on his way out? Says who? I think they want Dunleavy fired to a man. That’s what this is about. I am betting right before Christmas or New Years.
(I couldn’t watch the game and when I saw the score couldn’t bare to check out the box score…)
LOL…it’s amazing that there are no so many people here who agree that Baron has been terrible. On Clipsnation, the poll over there has been running 80% in support of Baron. Whether the blame is on Dunleavy, Baron, or both, this season has been an epic disaster.
Getting blown out by the Grizz tonight was a disgrace. As bad as the Wolves are, they will probably beat us tomorrow because this Clippers team plays with no heart and no effort. If we finish this trip 0-4 and Dunleavy isn’t fired, then he will, in all likelihood, remain as our head coach for the rest of the season and beyond until his contract expires.
I don’t think that Dunleavy has the clout to bench Baron Davis right now. It looks like we’re doomed to ride both Dunleavy and Baron down to the bottom of the toilet.
I think it’s harsh to call for trading or benching Baron, I think the system and Dunleavy’s welcome are long worn out. The season is a loss by now and I think we need to fire Dunleavy and look at a new direction and new playbook/coaching system.
dunleavy is the coach and gm. he will not fire himself. plus, he has a long contract. this is a good team on paper, but when the teams’s point guard (who is suppose to set the tone for your team) sabotages your team by holding on to the ball for so long, plays no defense, doing whatever he wants, jacks up lethargic hail mary 3′s, especially at the end of the game, it’s gonna be really hard for your team to win. no matter how good your coach is. i’m beginning to think golden state (chris mullin) knew something we didn’t by not matching our offer to this neanderthal baron davis.
haha well we’re not really in the NBA acd…we’re in some alternate universe that parallels the NBA. Normal NBA franchises usually fire their coaches after a disastrous start, but we’re not a normal NBA franchise, never have been and never will be…by the way, have you noticed that your pal Darryl has been the lone voice in the wilderness yelling ‘MVP’ when Baron shoots a free throw? It has become tragically comical…
The guy next to us (who had his four seats since the Staples Center opened) always mutters “Oh what the hell…I’ll shoot it” every time Baron clangs a ridiculous 3 pointer off the rim…its hilarious…we’re thinking of making a BDiddy t-shirt with that slogan. It will be a fitting rallying cry for this season.
I have never ever hoped to get blown out…but i have to admit if the donald is ever going to fire dunleavy this may be our best chance(twolves)… baron keep jacking it up – pleaseeee, and do me the favor of another 0 reb performance in 40+ minutes–its all about heart baby!!

FRI.Dec.5th,2008 will be the day Clippers begin to rise. Longest winning streak will start from this day in Memphis.
This team will unleash its fury against the team with tons of pride & prejudice. But Clippers will make them worry for their reputation.
You heard Houston fans screaming for D-E-F-E-N-C-E unusually early in the game. You are going to hear the same everywhere they go.
They are already better than Phoenix. They are getting on par with Houston & Dallas. That’s the first indication of good days in store for Clippers.
We are not just Clippers. We are leathal & loud. And we are coming!

with baron davis ‘guarding’ him, oj mayo should at least 50 pts tonight. if you observe carefully, baron davis is so lazy and plays NO defense at all.

Baron for Felton and Wallace. We get a younger, talented PG and shore up our weak bench with a very good 2/3.
