Anyone think Paul would've stayed on the team if he had made "the shot"?

I've always thought Paul was a fundamentally sound player. He's not the most athletic guy, but he's smart around the basket and can hit a 10-15 ft jumper.

Maybe the person Dunleavy should be trading or firing is HIMSELF!!!

In saying that above though, though Skinner should have been shown the door ahead of PD.

Hey Nick, pay to do some research first, Jones was injured early in the game, and never returned.

Am very bummed for Paul. He worked very hard coming back from a knee injury. Was happy for him the other day when he got plenty of minutes against Sacramento and did well. To be cut a week later?

The fact that he and Fred Jones didn't play against Detroit in the 2nd half must have meant that Dunleavy cut both of them at half time and didn't bother to tell them. He probably also got Samb at halftime of the Piston game.

I am obviously biased for Paul since I had a chance to coach him in middle school. I felt he deserved better.

Is it too weird that all of these Clipper players are injured. Either something is up with the floor or they need a new physical therapist that knows what they are doing so these guys aren't getting injured all the time.

Did any of you see this coming? Only 9 healthy players and they get down to 7 players and refuse to let these two play?

You need to have healthy bodies on the bench. Dunleavy should have his head examined as well as his ego.

So today's events might just be much ado about nothing, since contracts are guaranteed on the 7th. All this does is maybe let the Clips pick up a PG.

My approval is irrelevant. You would need approval from the Player's Association for anything like that to be implemented. Good luck with that.

There's only ONE way NBA can save its teams & fans from poor showings.

MAKE A NEW RULE BY GIVING RIGHT TO TEAMS IN WHICH THEY CAN WAIVE A SIGNED PLAYER UNDER ANY GIVEN CIRCUMSTANCES. The waived player(be it Kobe, LeBron or Baron Davis) cannot challenge this decision.

This CONTRACT TERMINATION rule should be universal. The player will lose reminder of his salary 100% and the agent will lose his commission. But such player is free to sign with any other team from immediate effect. No involvement of Agents/NBA is required.

This NEW RULE will make NBA more competitive and remove WELFARE SCHEME from NBA once and for all. Teams will not succumb to unproductive player contracts. Thus providing iron clad guarantee to owners & fans alike.

YOUR APPROVAL IS ANTICIPATED.

Wish we could of kept Paul Davis and got rid of Brian Skinner who has yet to prove himself of anything, at all, whatsoever. He's a waste of space. At least we got good minutes from Paul Davis.
And this new nuggets d-leauge giant... Is he any better??
I hope we get a good pg...and I think Gordon having to make up for our missing offensive players is a blessing in disguise.
