   If you guys remember back in the 90s, they used to have rotating cities every year hosting the Draft. You had (and I can’t remember the exact order) Charlotte, Detroit, Minneapolis, Orlando, Washington, and a couple cities hosting before they put the Draft back in New York. I’m not too sure whether L.A. will be the permanent site, but I do know that Madison Square Garden is undergoing a massive renovation that should be done by 2013, so I’m thinking that L.A. is a place-holder until MSG’s renovation is finished.
