Baron might be a jazz man, unfortunately it's Louis Armstrong. Wait, that's not fair. I think Louis could at least keep up with a few of the younger, faster, more determined point guards in the NBA. I'm sorry, Davis is too fat, too old and too slow to compete in the league. Every pg in the league can take him off the dribble. He shot 4 for 22 just about every game. And he's a cry baby. I'd rather live and die with a dynamo like Mike Taylor. At least he has some heart.

This works on nba2k and it makes sense for both teams trade zach and taylor for josh smith and some other player it was zaza but there going to keep him so some other spare parts everybody loses a headache and both teams get better cause everybody on atl likes to shoot the jumper besides al hortford and they really dont have a post player there until zbo the clips get a glue guy who shoots the ball sometimes and get someone who likes to rebound and play weakside help he can play the 3 better than blake can and that gives the team a very good product to sell if old man no fun mdsr lets them run up and down the court

Lets trade for a mid first rounder and pick up Ty Lawson. Plays fast but without the turnovers and should turn out to be a quicker Raymond Felton. I would love having him be our backup especially if we could make a small, cheap trade that lands the first rounder needed to get him.

you have to keep in mind that baron's history of injury means that the guy behind him could be starting a lot. I don't know if Taylor ever got 5 or more assists last season, and if the clippers were to somehow be contending for a playoff spot with baron out, Taylor hasn't shown yet that he can distribute the ball to teammates, especially to bigs who work in the post.

Taylor some times takes too many shot attempts that are better suited for another player on the court. I love his energy and hustle, cant forget those nice dunks. If he can slow down some at times and not force the issue, that would help.

I like that little floater that he seems to work on alot.

Sessions has shown flashes of brilliance...

Nobody thinks Taylor can be a competent backup? I love watching him play.

With one of the clippers needs being someone to backup baron, i'm wondering who would make more sense to go after, raymon sessions or rafer alston?

Although i like harden, he isn't a sure starter, and i think he's more of a SG. At least for now, Kaman is more valuable.

Rather than clearing more time for Griffin, I would rather eliminate the problems that Kaman brings. Not enough attention is paid to how big a problem Kaman presents. He commits silly turnovers. He misses easy shots. Het gets hurt easily and doesn't report in shape. He is soft on defense (look at his stats against the higher quality centers in the league).

If we can trade Kaman for Harden instead of Rubio, I would rather take my chances with Baron, and I would also rather take my chances with Zach. Kaman has had 2 or 3 really good months in 2007-2008, and perhaps another really good 10 or 12 games beyond that. Zach and Baron has had several good years and stretches of good games behind them and are still capable of producing with lower prospects of getting as much in return on a trade.

Harden can play D, pass, score when called upon and certainly has a good IQ for the game. He can play the 3 and slide to the 2. Right now, there are no players on the Clips other than perhaps Mardy Collins who can naturally competently play more than one position. With a starting line up of Baron, Gordon, Harden, Griffen, and Camby the Clips should play smart, run, pass the ball well, play good defense, and play hard. Outside shooting may be the only significant weakness in such a line up. Bringing in Zach and Thornton off the bench for immediate scoring punch and to play defense against weaker bench players on the opposing team would help their overall game.

Can we get Harden for Kaman? Would you all favor that?
