Nice first quarter, the rest was painful. For both teams. I’m not sure what scares me more, Baron’s shooting, Telfair’s shooting, Thorton’s aversion to passing in the post (dear god please start Butler) or that Kaman’s low post moves seem to have regressed.

Irony after the last few years? This team is horrible in the half court. They HAVE to run.

Great first quarter – Jordan / Griffin / Thornton / Butler / Telfair was smooth as hell.

DJ/Blake are gonna be the Terror Twins in a couple of years – DJ’s main dunk was SICK!

As ugly as the game was the rest of the way – it’s good to see we still found a way to keep NOLA in check and pull it out despite horrendous shooting by our backcourt. That bodes well.

P.S.: Special props to Al for his best overall game in a long time. 6 boards is what he needs to grab every night.

Agreed- Al hit the offensive boards harder than I’ve seen in a long time.

The best play of the game was when Blake took this crazy shot against West then recovered and saved the ball back into Jordon for ANOTHER SLAM dunk. Griffin’s effort and determination is the thing that’s going to turn the Clippers into a respectable club…finally. This is a young dude that everyone will root for.
