atleast when he was here we had the feeling he would atleast get a shot off or make something happen…when now…
we have to hope we atleast get a shot off and not commit a ridiculous turnover
(like when kaman threw the ball to the other side of the court)
This SF platoon nearly killed me tonight… Camby’s perimeter defense also not particularly conducive to good health.

but if it wasnt for Camby we prob would have not won….
we need more players to play like he does….with fight…hussle….not giving up on posessions….
thats why i think bLake could have helped us cuz he played like if he wanted to be out there…and maybe it could rub off on guys
cause too many times we look out there like the guys are just waiting for the game to finish so they can go home
im glad we won but we shouldnt have struggled this much against the Wolves
on the bright side our first win is always huge and personally i think if we play with some damn energy there is not reason while we shouldnt win our next three games…
and bam we are at 4-4 and anything is possibe
of course these guys have to believe….its up to someone to step up and be the damn voice for the team show some damn enthusiasm ….
on another note….i think if we ever need late hoops…we should go to rasual butler…
if we need someone late to create and score (although it gets me pissed that they hammer him everytime he goes to the hoop and they dont give EG calls)
Give the Clippers credit – despite Rasual’s HORRIBLE shooting and Baron doing his best to keep the Wolves in the game while continuing to treat EJ like a leper we won a damn game.
But, man, this team is an absolute mess with Baron as our leader; put Chancey Billups on this team and we’d be looking at a serious playoff team instead of another season of bottom dwelling.
I don’t think Baron was ever as good as Billups… Baron is just flashier… There’s that line from “White Men Can’t Jump,” Baron would rather look good and lose. Billups would rather look bad and win… That sums up Baron Davis.
He might be okay on a superfast team where everyone shoots every open shot and a PG isn’t really necessary (Golden State), but when you need a PG running the show and getting teammates good looks, Baron is one of the worst starting PGs in the league.
Give Sebastian more minutes
he rarely turns the ball over
hes looks like hes finally getting but u cant be mad at him he came out to early
but hes looking better than davis by far and i dont mean scoring wise ….Playmaking
Hey, Murs knew my UCSC roomate Akiva Shaefer (he’s the director of all those SNL’s skits, d*#k in the Box, Lazy Sunday, Natalie Portman Rap, etc…) and I think he stayed on our couch a couple of nights.
Also, for you underground heads, my group (the CounterParts) just finished our album and we’re throwing a big show 11/20 @ The Dakota Lounge! We also open up for KRS ONE and Buckshot on 12/5 @ The Roxy!

Clipps get the UGLY W. This team needs a long rest I can’t count the about of T’s where a player passed it to a player that was fully covered.

I think Baron used to be better than Billups, but those days appear to be gone!

I’d take Sessions over him in a heartbeat.
