Actually, it’s almost a sure thing that this team loses the next six without EJ. 3-12 here we come. OKC tried to shoot themselves in the foot but we wouldn’t let them. This team sucks. Butler sucks. The Vegas guys are going to figure this out very quickly.
Can someone hold Jasen Powell accountable for all the injuries over the last three years? Now that Kevin and Steve have press access, can one of you guys please ask the organization why our trainer is still employed after we lead the league in games lost to injuries for the last three years? It seems that the organization doesn’t hold anyone accountable for their poor performance. The trainers aren’t accountable, the coaches aren’t accountable, and the players aren’t accountable.
You still don’t get it. Luck has nothing to do with it. It’s science. As soon as Eric Gordon went down it was a lock. The Clippers are iffy at full strength, subtract any element of the team and they crumble. If the Toronto line is 5 or less I’ll double up again on the Raptors. Kaman couldn’t score against nobody, how do you think he’ll do against Bosh? Butler is a bench player with no defensive skills. I wish it wasn’t true but it is…the Clips are my own personal ATM right now.
This game was ours look at the F*cking standings we would have been right back in the playoff hunt. I hate Dunleavy with all my heart I hate that bas*ard so much.
Dunleavy shouldn’t be head coach no more we all been talking about it for so many years his playbook sucks and his excuses suck. Sacramento is winning without their key player Kevin Martin. I think it’s time for a new head coach. Every year we could have won the 4th quarter and games but execution down the stretch is the key and shot selection. Turnovers and shot selection needs to improve and getting the 5 man rotations right. But under Dunleavy I doubt that will happen he doesn’t know how to use his 5 man rotations right plus he doesn’t know how to win as a head coach.
I can’t believe I stayed up until 1am on the east coast to watch Dunleavy undermine his team yet again. His decision making is absolutely atrocious. When he called the second time out after he got a look at the OKC defense with 2 seconds left I wanted to light myself on fire. Talk about fiddling while Rome is burning. What an imbecile.
I hope that Donald Sterling saw this mess and figured that while he is cutting checks to settle lawsuits he might cut one for the rest of Dunleavy’s dumb contract. Please buy him out. It will be a early Christmas gift to all us Clipper fans. For the sake of all that is beautiful in this world would someone please fire this man who continues to stain basketball’s good name.
I mean we need someone who can step up when our 2 key players are hurt and even though we are in full strength we are not a complete basketball team we are lackin depth at Power Forward, Point Guard, and Shooting Guard. We also need a good starting Small Forward. Thornton sucks he needs to go. No excuses for injuries good teams always win without key players we are not a good team because no one can step up with someone hurt.
Typical Dunleavy. He puts in Novak in the most important possession in the game, while he hasn’t played the whole game leading up to that point. And he wonders why he is the scapegoat. Truly unbelievable how this guy can continue to suit up and coach this team. Just counting down the days that Dunleavy will be removed as Head Coach.
The most apparent thing for the Clippers was the low score of the game & how without Gordon we don’t have anyone who can score fromoutside. As a team we shot 36% FG and if you it’s just Butler & Baron & Kaman it’s lower than that. Thorton has been getting a lot of slack from y’all but Butler’s shots aren’t dropping either & he’s usually taking twice as many (he didn’t need to shoot that 3 when the game was tied with a minute left). Oy, I hope we can do something cause the way this is turning out by the time Griffin does return, the season could be over and guys quitting which is not what he needs to be the star player we need him to be.
That 4th quarter was pathetic where everything went wrong. For 3 quarters, AGAIN, we played well and we always find 1 quarter to suck it up. How does an NBA team go 6 minutes into the final quarter while only scoring 1 bucket & 10 points in the entire quarter? We gave this win away & didn’t want it when the Thunder didn’t play well either.
Like you really had to guess what was going to happen.
Looks like it might be hard for Griffin to get rookie of the year. Brandon Jennings has the Bucks on top of their division and had 32 with 9 assists tonight. And yeah I picked him on my Fantasy team before the season started, cus everyone cares about my Fantasy team and I need to make douchebag comment a post.
FD , you maybe right coacj must go, but surely you and others cannot put the entire 4th qtr debacle on him, 10 points means we have some very ordinary players to boot as well.

I like that we’re still going to kaman even though his shot has been off. Shows him confidence and keeps him in the game.

I agree. Instead of looking at pluses and minuses let look at pride and heart. Clips average coming up at -50 per game.

We need to find some way to organize and get Dunleavy fired. How has he lasted this long? That was some of the worst coaching I have ever seen.
Ideas?

You can join in on the Fire Dunleavy chants during the game, and outside during the pre and postgame shows.
Don’t talk to Roser, he’ll give you the same “evaluation period” bs that he’s used for 2 years.
