OK, forget about technical stuff. Let’s try something outrageous and can sell like hot cake.
Why not try interviewing(by Ralph & Mike) Clipper Spirit Dancer a game? She’ll sit in between Ralph & Mike and answer questions, respond to comments, crack jokes and even try commentary. Watching would be much more dramatic. Even camera crew would train their guns at Ralph & Mike every few seconds. FSN can boost their revenue by selling more commericials as well.
When economy is bad and your coach is worse, you ought to try every thing you cannot imagine now.
Can you believe the insanity of suspending Ralph and Mike for what was a pretty funny exchange. They didn’t disrespect anyone to my mind. They were simply bantering about the rarity of an Iranian player. The same exchange could have happened if the player had been for some obscure college. What a ridiculous society that allows some idiot from Fox to make this kind of reactionary decision.

What did they say? Was it just a one game suspension, I hope? Missed them tonight.

Never mind, I found it on the LA Times.com. Lame they got suspended for that.
Would someone please tell me what Ralph and Mike said that could POSSIBLY, by the most idiosyncratic, oversensitive person in the world, be deemed offensive????? I watched that game and listened to the banter about the Iranian and it didn’t even register. I just have to know what is in the exchange that is offensive?
The insane are running the asylum at Fox Sports. Whoever suspended Ralph and Mike should be suspended himself and probably fired for such poor judgment.
If I were Ralph I would just tell them to stuff it and walk away.
What would they have done to Ralph and Mike if they really said something offensive?

I’m a person of color periodically offended by insensitive white folks and I found ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with their comments.
It’s serious and damaging to NBA’s global culture. I think FOX did the right thing.
You can’t belittle a player on the basis of their nationality. It’s nothing for us but damaging for those players involved.

Who gives a F?!
That EYE-ranian loser who called Fox Sports to complain about Ralph and Mike deserves to get his ass beat and should be deported back to EYE-ran so he can go look for his sense of humor.

For Fox it’s a smart business decision. Let’s not forget, Los Angeles is the home to largest Iranian-American population. No other city can claim that title. That’s why it’s a big issue.

you kidding right. the same company that produces family guy and fox news.
Well, Dunleavy is gonna stay for the year after this win. Donald was happy tonight. We did get some fire dunleavy chants, but all hope is over now. Friday night ESPN win. Dunleavy might as well ask for an extension now.
What exactly did you find somewhat questionable? This kind of banter is just part of their routine. I’ve heard them compare other players to different people in the news or stars. The comparison to Sasha Coen ( sp?) was funny. I seriously doubt that Mike ment to compare Sasha to all Iranians.

F this team!
How dare our bench guys score 38 points in the first half and give us a 10 pt lead!
Don’t they want to embarrass Dunleavy on national TV and get him fired – like Baron who is shooting 1-6 so far?
P.S.: Nice QOTSA pic, D.J.. My bud Joey B produced their first 2 albums.

‘Songs For the Deaf’ is really good as well. The 2 that followed were not as strong.
Gotta love the last 3 Kyuss releases though, especially ‘Sky Valley’.

We stole this one take these refs with us everywhere we go.
Posted on November 20th, 2009 at 10:18 pm
glad we got the W but I’m not impressed we lose games like this 9/10 times. Refs saved us.

Can’t believe we still couldn’t get execute in the 4th the rotation was bad after halftime.

The Clips won! Now it wil be disapoiting if we loose Mondays game.

This team can’t do anything right – not even getting their coach fired.
I expect a full-on letdown game vs. the Wolves. We’re due after this victory.

Dunleavy should trade for Haddai.. there is a huge persian community in Los Angeles and ticket sales would surely benefit
