    We deserved that win and baron with the hit hand standing 30ft away from the basket had a way better chance then butlers Trey from the corner

    With no Camby after the 2nd quarter or Kaman at all and without Bassy they played hard and nearly won it. Give the Clippers props. That was a hard game especially after the freak water pipe evacuation cool down.

    Woulda been nice to eek that one out but too many things going against us. I was waiting for a guy to parachute in with a giant fan strapped to his back. Agreed slax and curtis we got burned but played tough. If we r gonna go down I’d much rather go down fighting like tonight. fuckin chris paul tomorrow bleh

      Even though this loss sucked big ones, I have to hand it to the Clips tonight for giving it everything. It was reminiscent of how the Rockets and Blazers have been playing, and I really can’t be too upset about that. We were small and undermanned, and our team was very scrappy tonight. I just don’t want this loss to affect the morale that they’ve worked so hard toward. If Camby can kick this flu bug and Telfair’s wiener feels better tomorrow, the Hornets do not stand a chance.

        Heartbreaking loss – but I do have to give the Clips some major props for showing up tonight and taking Memphis to the max without Camby, Griffin, Kaman, and Telfair. If the team keeps fighting, the wins will keep coming. Put the loss in the L column, and time to move on the next.

    and give me a break dunce..how do you not put in Novak during the 3rd quarter ….if you are not going to use him trade him with Skinner, Collins, Rush…and maybe Butler too for some solid backups

    I guess the Dunce has given up on putting Novak in with under a minute to go.

    The Clippers did win 4 straight before this and the pipe thing was a low blow. I can even blame the 4th quarter meltdown on the pipe rather than Dunleavy.

    This loss was truly heartbreaking. The Clippers played one of the best 3 quarters I have ever seen as a Clipper fan. They were pushing the ball. They were scrapping on defense. They were rebounding. They were attacking the basket. They were making shots. It was just beautiful to see. The team was just clicking in all cylinders. Then all of a sudden. Something happened. The fire alarm went off and the Clippers had to leave the arena into the cold. This is where the momentum shifted. But as a Clipper fan, I’m proud of what the team accomplished last night. Even though this loss was tough to swallow, the Clippers played the way I know they are capable of playing for the first 3 quarters. If they can bring that kind of intensity every game for 4 quarters, then we will beat any team that we face. Pretty scary to know that the Clippers did all that without their main defensive anchor in Camby, all-star center in Chris Kaman, and their no.1 prized pick in Blake Griffin. Let’s get the next one Clippers and start a new winning streak!!
