1 time in 1986 or so, we got free Cosmos tix. I could care less about soccer but thought..free…sure, let’s check it.
As we were pulling into the Meadowlands there was people everywhere with signs looking for tix. so we thought..’cool… we’ll sell these free tix and head into Manhattan for some real fun. Just as we were about to do the deal, the guy balked when he saw my ticket.
Appearanly the Cosmos were playing at Giants stadium, but all these people were looking for tix to some massively overrated hometown hero named Bruce Springsteen.
Big letdown. We went to the Cosmos game and i don’tknow if there was 5000 people in there. I’ll never understand the appeal of Bruce and I can’t believe he has his own Sirius channel. To each his own I guess.
i think this is the last straw for me….
ima stop watching Clippers basketball until we atleast get to .500
its a disgrace that some of these guys get payed in NBA Salary…..
most pathetic loss in recent memory

F*** dunleavy why didn’t he put baron at the end. Kaman got no sense of urgency gettin dunked on and being he’s goofy self all the time no effort. This is pathetic I’m embarassed worst loss of the year..cmon humprhies 25 points having he’s best game! I won’t watch them till next year.
Kaman is one of the most dumb clumsy selfish player. This team has the lowest basketball IQ including the coach to win any games. I will be very very upset at every Clipper fan who continue to pay to watch Clippers at Staples. No need to support these dam overpaid losers that don’t play with sense of urgency, lazy, dumb, inconsistence you name it. This is finally it for me this season until next season they can prove they can compete.

IQ none whatsoever kaman seen em up close in section 119 against the bulls and guy is just an idiot. No urgency overpaid players no heart..dumleavy what are you doing?
I blame myself for going on the Daily Dime and talking to Foster. Somehow, it cursed us. I refuse to believe that a team with the quality wins this team has could lose to the Nets so easily. We need an explanation. Immediate recap. To explain this silliness. Because this right here is silly. Amiright?
Forget the playoffs. We don’t deserve to be there. The sad part is, I’m going on a road trip to see these lazy bastards in Portland. What was I thinking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
nothin good to say about this one except maybe bobby brown actually tried to salvage our backcourt play. these guys r bad but if u let any pro team shoot open jumpers all game they r gonna get confident and think they can beat u, which is exactly what happened.
Dunleavy might have out done VDN’s 35 pt choke job this year.
I didn’t see the game, but Kaman’s box score looked good and they lost to the Nets. From the comments, it seems like people are finally changing their minds about him.
this team doesn’t try hard at all. why can’t they play like Portland, Houston, New Orleans, or any of those in the running playoff teams who little talent. This team has a TON of talent but it goes to waste. Kaman is a black hole; i can’t believe we used to complain that much about Z-Bo. He never looks like he is trying hard. Baron only plays well every third game. We need somebody with a competitive edge on our roster, like Kevin Garnett. He would be in everybody’s faces for losing to a team like the Nets..
like i said earlier today that this team needs heart! i think the clippers should start letting fans make thier selections. this is a sad day indeed for all clipper fans. i am going to get so much grief at work tomorrow – maybe i will call in sick!!!!!
Eric Gordon had not played in about 2 weeks. He was clearly off his game & was terrible. The only person who didn’t seem to notice that was the coach so he played him 33 minutes. That’s vintage Dunleavy . He just doesn’t ever seem adjust to the ebb & flow of the game until it’s too late.

I’m sure the GM will be understanding that he doesn’t have his players

if I had a nickle for every time that was said….I would be rich and buy the Clippers

Is baron on strike?

“We’re fighting for a playoff spot and we lost to a team that’s not even close to making the playoffs,” he added. “It’s tough man.”
hahahahahahahaha
This is your leader? have not had a leader on this team since Sam Cassell
