How about this 3-way trade to mix things up (trade works on NBA trade machine):
Clippers to Rockets:
B Davis
Mardy Collins
R Davis
Steve Novak
Clippers to Sacramento:
Marcus Camby
Clippers Get:
Kevin Martin (Sac)
TMac (Hou)
Logic: Martin is cheaper and younger than BDiddy, but can play when healthy. TMac is a wild-card who may or may not work out, but absent a miracle our season is lost. Clears additional cap space for the summer…
Houston gets a vet PG for its play-off push
Sacramento gets a very tradable PF and cap space for next yr. Tyreke Evans likely their PG of the future.

Kevin Martin, Telfair and Bobby Brown as PGs.

This doesnt work from a salary perspective. Also Novak can cancel the trade if he wants to.

Salaries work according to ESPN trade machine. We would be taking on more salary, but Sterling keeps saying he wants to win right???
Novak would never blow up this deal. With he Clips he has hit 7 of 30 treys this season = 23%. He gets no playing time and he is not getting renewed next year. His only shot at staying in the league is with another team and a trade this year could be his only chance of seeing playoffs, ever…

Clippers will probably end up getting a late 1st round pick for Camby.

I don’t know about anyone else on here but I HATE TMAC. After him doing his little cut throat gesture after beating us last season I think it was I never respected him after that. We trade for him I will actively boycott this team.

I think Clippers fans are tired of hearing trades and first round picks, The only thing it could change is if DS let Dunleavy to enjoy an early retirement, I will not call fire because he is going to enjoy the money owned to him.

This flow chart is pretty cool

Hereby renouncing my Clipper fan interest for the season-switching over to the Grizzlies. Fuck Sterling, Fuck Dunleavy, Fuck Baron. The Grizzlies have heart, the owner is interested in competing. It’s nice to see Randolph maturing.

Orville85, I respectfully disagree with your statement about Randolph maturing. There’s no doubt that he’s a great scorer and rebounder. But a year from now, the Griz will be doing what every other team he’s played for has done……………………..shopping for a team that’ll take his contract.

i watched the lakers – griz game last night and one of the lakers announcers said something about zach maturing and having no problems last year.
i suppose cold cocking lou admunson in phx gets a feee pass.
but good for him and the grizz really.

Yes, I am sure that would take several seconds.before he was picked up by any top team in the NBA. By the way why Is Kaman going back to the eternal maybe. Would be nice to play the real team against real opposition and not be used as a dishrag.

Come on man stop hating on Z-Bo in my opinion the Clips made a mistake by trading him away imagine what he and Kaman would have been able to do. I love Camby and the way he plays
but lets admit ithe gives us no offense I’d even go as far as saying he disrupts our offense. To back that up all you have to do is ask the nuggets who got far better without Camby. Yes I know they got billups but stillan I would have loved to see teams try and defend Kaman and Randolph.

I called it in the off season! Not that I am seeking some kind of reward or praise, but I commented that the Grizzlies were looking like a solid / possible playoff team..
Some said that they looked like a bunch of ( insert negative here ) . Because they had Allen Iverson and ZBO ..

I had a dream that we lost to the Nets and Twolves back to back and dunleavy was still our gm/coach.

Do not worry guys, we are going to get John Walls in the draft this summer.
Posted on February 2nd, 2010 at 4:19 pm
why would Sac do that???
Posted on February 2nd, 2010 at 5:37 pm
Even if the Clippers get Wall…they will NOT win…BAD COACH!!!!!
Posted on February 2nd, 2010 at 5:38 pm
For all of the Lazy Baron supporters, 2-5, 4 assists and 5 TO’s in the middle of the 3rd tonight….guess he came to play once again.
Posted on February 2nd, 2010 at 6:42 pm
If the Clippers get Wall, then there’s a chance Lebron might want to come.
Posted on February 2nd, 2010 at 7:21 pm
sadly they aren’t going to get Wall, and Lebron isn’t coming here….why would he leave the best team in the league?
