We’ll have more analysis later, though it’s worth noting that the team will once again play 82 games, 41 of them on their home floor at Staples Center, 41 away from home — though a pair of those games will be at Staples Center. (Hat tip: Buddhafan)
A couple of quick notes:
- The Clippers play each of their Pacific Division opponents four times — twice at home and twice on the road.
- Eastern Conference opponents will each make a single visit to face the Clips at Staples Center, and the Clippers will travel east to play each of those teams once on the road.
- Of the remaining 10 Western Conference teams, the Clippers play Dallas, Denver, Oklahoma City, Minnesota, Memphis and Houston four times (twice at home, twice on the road)
- The Clippers play Portland, Utah, New Orleans and San Antonio only three times apiece. The Clips have only one home date at Staples Center each with Portland and New Orleans and only one visit each to San Antonio and Utah, which is a nice break because the Clippers haven’t won in either of those cities since the Taft Administration.
