I blame Mark Shore, even though it was my fault. Mark’s the worst.

Such a sloppy game tonight. It was really painful and ugly to watch, but glad the Clips could pull out the win in a tough arena to play in in Portland.
Something that I noticed tonight was VDN’s lack of a go-to play really hurt the Clippers. The Clips as a team weren’t sharp in terms of offensive execution, but having CP3 bail you out and everyone spectating when you need to buy a basket in a game like this tonight is inexcusable.
Also, after running the pick and roll, there is no weak side secondary action going on. The plays break down after the first option is taken away by the defense. VDN needs to work on fixing his offensive schemes to put in secondary and tertiary actions so that there will always be an option on any given play. That way, the Clippers aren’t relying on jump shots so much. In the words of Charles Barkley, “You don’t live by jumpers; you die by jumpers.” The Clippers need to find ways t manufacture easy points when their jump shots are not falling.

Having CP3 bail you out? Isn’t it, having CP3 bail us out, when we need a basket, rather when you need a basket? It almost sounds like you aren’t part of us, Clips4. YOu almost sound like a front-running, former Laker fan, who’s front-running now that the Clips are good. Oh, wait, you are! Nice hoops knowledge, but stop fronting like you are a Clipper fan, because you aren’t. You like the Lakers, you always have, and always will, and Kobe will always be your guy, not CP3. Question, if CP had signed with the Lakers, would we even be having this conversation? My point exactly.
