Still riding the high of the epic Game 1 comeback along with the news of Caron Butler’s start (confirming his title as “Tuff Juice”), Clipper Nation is buzzing. Walking into the arena, I hear passionate recountings of the Clippers last playoff run as well as positive predictions for the outcome of the current series. LA Live is swarming with red and blue, preparing for the day’s headlining event across the street.
When I get to the gates, the staff at Staples is handing out newly minted Clipper Nation playoff t-shirts featuring the “All In” stamp. Marc Cuban handed out “All In” shirts on Dallas on Thursday night, but something tells me the Mavericks and the Clippers will have divergent results in Round 1.
