Just by the body language on the bench, I could feel the team saying, our coach sucks !
Jesus h Christ, vinny is an idiot.
The entire podcast tonight should be about nothing other than Foye getting all the minutes in the fourth while Bledsoe, the best Clipper tonight, got like 3. That’s it. Because I think if someone figures out the answer to that mystery, solving the mysteries of the universe will be right after.
VDN IS THE F*CKING WORST!
seriously, why foye? He hadn’t even had a good game to that point! He had been terrible!!!!
Bledsoe played better then CP3! I know he’s hurt. But we need a coach that could sit star players on the bench when they need to sit!
It’s almost a shame that we’re probably going to get bounced on Sunday.. As Bledsoe was going off I was already dreaming of seeing him get big minutes vs San Antonio, and increasing his trade value so much we end up trading him and DJ to Orlando for Dwight Howard..
Bledsoe’s been my favorite non-CP3 Clipper this series.. Vinny needs to bring him in before Mo, and unless Foye has been playing well, keep him out there.. Hell.. I’d even start Bledsoe in Game 7, so Chris Paul doesnt have to run through screens the whole time, and guard Tony Allen.
vinny sucks balls
I could see that VDN will be the ultimate downfall of this team this year ! I could only wonder what a Dwayne Casey would have done. Coach Del Negro was cheap, and as the old saying goes, you always get what you pay for !
What does vinny have to do with poor effort from the starters??
Its not vinny who has been lazy in transition and failing to compete on the glass…
It is vinny’s fault for allowing the disease of flopping and bitching to become epidemic…..
And bledsoe is ready! Let him lead….if we follow him maybe we won’t play like pussies!
If the Grizzlies gave that effort as you say Lionel Hollins would have reamped them a new one!
Epic fucken fail!!!! Yeah good luck wining @ memphis… smh im so mad….
Let’s not get too down and concede Sunday’s game! We won there once and have been right there in both of the other games. We still have a GREAT chance to advance. Go Clippers!!!
I would not say great chance with our two best players banged up and a coach who sits the hottest players on the bench for a cold fish like Foye.
Fukushima Level Meltdown. Vinny lost his job tonight.
Really? Foye to close out the game? I’d rather have Mo, Young, or Bledsoe.. Gotta love the high-five technical fouls and Gasol early into the lane off every free throw. Refs were stinkers tonight.
Oh, right, Mark Davis put in one horrible performance tonight. RIght after Del Negro, he was the worst person in the building that had a part in the game.
agreed.. VDN is terrible.
What about CP3 getting all ball on Tony Allen’s lay up. Ya the refs stunk!
Marc Davis really needs to be investigated, these type of mistakes cost teams not just playoff games, but playoff runs. Did the clippers beat themselves a little bit with help from Vinny Del Negro ? Sure.
But the 24 second violation no call, the CP3 all ball block called as a shooting foul, the REGGIE EVANS TECHNICAL. If the clippers have to beat memphis, their own coach and the refs its not a fair fight. What is the leagues answer to when an official basically changes a game? Does he get fired? Investigated? Beaten?
More importantly, now that NBA has video review can the coaches please get a couple flags to throw to ask for review? Not that vinnny would know what to do with it, but when calls are changing peoples playoff futures it seems worth implementing even at the sake of game pace.
Also our transition defense was terrible, how do you get beat to the hoop after a free throw?
what does Foye do in the layup line before gms? Does he miss them there too?
Series should be a wakep call for Blake. He really needs to work on his game. He has no confidence in his mid range shot late in gms and puts himself in horrible position rebounding.
don’t blame the refs. please. don’t blame the refs. plenty of questionable calls have gone the clippers’ way the entire series, of which let’s all remember has been pretty tight.
this loss fall squarely on VDN’s shoulders as a decision maker, Paul’s injury, and DeAndre’s inexperience.
Reggie Evans, Eric Bledsoe, Mo Williams, Caron Butler, Nick Young, and Kenyon Martin have played their hearts out the whole series and given what they can.
Blake Griffin has done pretty well in his first playoff series. No sense in hating on him. He’s gonna learn from this and eventually figure out a way to be a more effective all-around player. He’s too smart not to. He’ll see what Kevin Love is doing with 1/4 of the athletic ability and all will be well.
Also, don’t kill Foye. He has had his moments during this series. Blame VDN for leaving him in!
DeAndre though…ugh dump that guy asap!
daniel ewing? ugh. the clippers curse should be called daniel ewing theory
