As you may have noticed, we’ve been experiencing some technical difficulties for the last few days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are working on it and should be back up and running shortly.
it is all acceptable considering the caption you gave us
Keep the posts coming! Why has it been so long! ((Great poster!))
This is great. The team gets along. Everybody loves everybody, no issues with the player-coach interaction, no one is upset with their contract situation. No disgruntled GM, Vinny doesn’t care that he’s on his last year, and plans to take the Eric Spolstra route for respect amoungst his peers. This team has no issues besides finally implementing Vinny’s system, whatever that means. With marginal and expected improvement from Blake and DJ, this team should be a tough out each and every night. And look, I gives a damn if everyone hangs out at CP’s house for Hot dogs, apple pie, and Sunday Night Football! NO excuses, get me that Pacific Division Crown! On a side note, welcome to 2012-13 Clipperblog. This year will be EPIC! It all starts tomorrow with Training Camp. Andrew, Charlie, and DJ! Gets us the real stories! I understand Blakely and Fortson got invites to camp, who else? I need to know if LO is trotting around with camera’s and what not. I need to know if Khloe is causing a distraction. These posters jifs are all fine and good, but get me the scoop!
Two huge developments from media day-
1- From the few photos that trickled out on twitter, Odom appeared to be out of shape. Were they just shot at a bad angle or is Odom really not in shape? Easy for people to tweet Kardashian/haha Clippers-get-lazy-Odom jokes but seriously, I would love to hear from someone who was actually there to give us a legit scoop on this, because Arash Markazi’s ESPN article on Odom today made it sound like he is motivated, pumped, and ready to win this year. And speaking of Markazi. . .
2- He also posted an ESPN article reporting Billups will indeed miss the start of the regular season, with a November-December return more likely. So who will start at SG? Crawford? Willie Green? Bledsoe? Or what about sliding Caron to SG and inserting Hill as starting SF, with Barnes the backup SF?
I personally want Crawford to remain as a scorer off the bench.
From what I’ve heard, most say Odom appeared to be out of shape. This also concerns me, as we’re not that far removed from BD’s days of showing up chunky and out of shape, injury prone and all.
As for the starting 2, my guess is Green starts, as I assume they want Crawford’s role to be consistent.
good read, personally I feel like hes full of shit on his feelings about BG. Same as Barnes. All of a sudden they come to the Clips and they think Blake is a future HOF member? C’mon now….
“It could be better, but that’s what camp is for, to prepare for the season.” regarding his fitness
Who is gonna play sg. Bledsoe or crawford
I’d say Bledsoe. Hill or Odom can be a point forward for the 2nd unit.
Article about DeAndre working out in the offseason:
Lets hope it’s true. Until I see it on the court, I’m with DeMote.
Guys, how hard is it to fix your blog in 2012?
Apparently pretty hard when everything burns up and the expected redundancies go kaput. We’re working it out, though, and hope to restore order soon.
It’s training camp, they have to blog themselves into shape.
Nba 2k13 midnight tonight! Preseason games in a week. I can barely contain myself.
Lamar is in good shape, and looks like he has his head screwed on right. Clippers are going to be dangerous!
This article is music to my ears: http://www.ocregister.com/sports/griffin-373198-odom-better.html
Can’t wait to see Blake shoot with the correct timing and DJ just shoot.
