We hope to have some notes on this game at some point, but for now we direct you to reaction in the form of the Heat Index’s postgame 3-on-3.

Spoiler alert: For those who, like me, have yet to watch the game, Tom Haberstroh’s answer to the following question seems to give a pretty good idea of how the game went:

2. What is Miami’s biggest concern from the win?

Haberstroh: That they only beat up on a D-League team. Wait, that was the Clippers? Fooled me.

It seemed the heat were on fire and the clipper couldn’t get any shots in, Lebron makes the game look so easy even against a revamped up Clipper squad. That miracle 3 by Crawford in the first showed me he’s a step up over Mo Williams

Could only stand to watch a quarter and a half, they look lost out there. Seems like they will have chemistry issues. So much for Chris Paul being GM..

Please tell me that Deandre 1 for 10 free throws was a misprint. Most people could do that well blindfolded.

Its to be expected from preseason. Its not so much we looked lost but we looked tired and sleepy. It was 430 am here and they had to be on that time. Just foolish turnovers that didnt need to be made. Im sure once theu get back home they will be better. We did however played better defense in the second half but I see we still have issues guarding the 3

ur right 4:30am vs 7:30am (Miami time) is a big difference waking up.

Well we play them again this weekend so hopefully we will look better. DJ has got to snap out of it!

Didn’t see the game, but DeAndre 1-10 from the line. Looks like the shooting coach really helped. This is preseason, I’m not going to read too much into the stats.

Free throw wise, DeAndre’s average has been going up every year. He probably would have hit 60% without the free throw coach.

  X2… could not watch past the end of 2nd qtr. Decided to take a 30min nap instead! .
  
  The big questions is… Will VDN start Willie Green next game?… If he does then things haven’t changed much in Clipperland!…

    That’s still up in the air. We will definitely have something like it right after games, even if it isn’t exactly the Ledger.

The only thing that really bothered me about this is DJ’s FTs. We’re in for a long year if his confidence is shot despite all the alleged work with the shooting coach.

Everything else…its preseason without CP3. We shouldnt get too high when the team wins or when they lose. The goal right now isn’t a W.
