How do you get over the immense sadness of a loss at home to the worst team in the NBA?

  The worst team would be the Wizards. NOH is well-coached and they play hard. We saw tonight how inferior of a coach VDN is to Monty Williams. We also saw the future of this team with their core of Aminu, Rivers, and they didn’t even play Davis. It’s either the team was ill-prepared or they came in expecting NOH to just lay down for them just like GSW and CLE.

      I agree with Jordan’s sentiment that Griffin may well be injured. 1-9 FGM-A, 0-1 3PM-A, 2-3 FTM-A for a grand total of 4 points… Season low…

Why/how are the clippers failing so hard ATM. They know their assignments. They know D city comes before lob city. Why the chasm between knowledge and execution?

  It’s not CP tonight. We saw too much iso ball and reliance on the 3. We played soft. Too much off-ball watching and not enough movement off ball. The system VDN runs is broken. The team has lost its scrappiness on defense and it is utterly disgusting to watch. We are seeing a lot of what happened last year with the LAC offense. CP3 iso and bring home the W only this time, we have Jamal Crawford to iso and it’s the two of them taking turns. This hero ball down the stretch sucks because the Clips have too much talent to just run iso ball instead of running actual set plays to get easy buckets. That one sequence of 4-three point shot attempts was sickening to watch. I was screaming at my computer watching it telling them to go to the basket and draw fouls. I would not have even had to watch the game and peruse the box scores to figure out how the Clips lost tonight.

The offense is stagnant and the defense was sluggish. Adjustments need to be made and I honestly don’t think Vinny Del Negro is the right coach to come up with the necessary in-game adjustments. Lamar Odom shouldn’t be taking away from DJ’s minutes. Thank you Jordan Heimer!

Why is Odom on the court? Last two games 35 min, 0 points, don’t say its for defense cause he is slower than dirt. Meanwhile Dj had 15-18 min tonight and about that last game. Why are we matching up with small teams when we should be making them match up with our size!

Fun fact from @Kpelton: To put a bow on that, the Clippers and Hornets finished with a combined 33 3s, second-most in NBA history and tops for a regulation game.

This teams is just lost and i believe Billup’s comeback may be the answer. A clean start persay, not because he’ll be making all of his shots, but because he’ll bring calmness and savvyness to this unpredictable team. (he would’ve gotten fouled when we missed those 4 3pts atempts in a row)

Last comment i posted was about how we should be giving credit to VDN for the winning streak! ok four games later here we are back to square one and i want McMillan!! At one point in the game the tought of Mike Smith coaching better than VDN came to my mind.. (Mike said to call a timeout because the team was tired but it never came… it never does.) Oh me oh my.

BTW Andrew’s helmet due is the best so far!. There i’ve said it! HA

  Via Dan Woike, Billups could be back during this 6 games in 7 at home stretch. Del Negro says no timetable, though.

People act as if the offense just turned to trash. They were depending way too much on Jamal Crawford. If Blake isn’t going to play like a star, might as well just trade him.

  Now that I think about it, outside of pick and rolls and transition offense, the Clippers rely solely on iso plays with CP and Blake. The only “new” wrinkle in the offense is that the Clips have one of the best iso players in the league with Crawford and that’s what is happening.

Would Phil Jackson want to coach the Clippers because of his hatred of Jimmy Buss? Wouldn’t that be the ultimate burn if he coached the Clippers to a ring. Not that it would happen and I doubt that the Clippers replace VDN.

hard game 2 watch blake had a tough nite when he is not going right it is a struggle 4 clippers caron finally hit shots he will be wide open 4 next game as well let’s see if he can keep hitting shots doubt it or rebound at least 5 boards boy i am big lamar supporter but he cannot keep not giving points got 2 do better hopefully next game i pray 4 u lamar whatever ur problem keep GOD first in ur life keep praying dj i need u 2 block shots and rebound first and foremost be anchor on defense is ur responsibility take pride in it get mad tell people where they need 2 be take things personal when teams r going 2 the basket stop everything lead the league in defense and rebounding that will make u best center offense will come but worry about defense that is ur ticket 2 stardom it is needed in nba

trade cp3 and pick up younger players more athletic wing players that can hit open jump shots, run the floor, play great defense and play smart basketball that can compliment this line-up clippers should emphasize running more a line-up of speed deemers will kill opponents

Why is Odom getting more minutes than DJ or Hollins? I’ve been the 2nd biggest DJ hater, but he’s been playing pretty good this year.
