I mentioned this in a twitter comment to DJ, but the Clippers need to trust Blake at the end of these games to make plays, especially considering he was unstoppable for the entire game. I get that Chris Paul going iso and pick and roll has worked great the whole season to close out games, but its ok to switch it up and let the best power forward in the league, who happens to be on fire, to see what he can do at the end of the game.
When Paul collided with a Magic player knee-to-knee, it ruined their entire string of confidence. Brought back memories of the Clippers-Magic game when Chauncey Billups ruptured his Achilles in the lockout season. It looks to me that when a potential injury occurs, it damages the Clippers psychologically. They have to learn how to overcome such fears.
If “Complement Sandwich” is a critique inside of two complements, shouldn’t it be called “Critique Sandwich?”
just win
clipper have had a great season they r going 2 lose sometimes but why go down without a fight, clippers waste a nice effort by blake and i agree with what a lot of people r saying. why not feed blake in the fourth quarter trust him that’s a problem the clippers need 2 solve before playoffs come memo 2 cllippers u r not going 2 win the championship if blake is not trusted 2 come thru in 4th quarter, u cannot always rely on cp3 winning games 4 u blake as a mismatch almost every nite please give him a try in 4th or in tight games were is the leadership this loss is unnecessary this is failure of leadership nice game by lamar odom, nice 2 see grant hill, i thought bledsoe was important 2 defense he should be out there guarding small guards and cover three pt. players clippers need 2 think defensive pressure and feed the post more if dj as an advantage feed him more until he start showing he cannot make easy shots matt barnes did not have a strong defensive effort and ronnie turiaf did not play particularly well, where is ryan hollins give him some play going 2 need his athleticism and height in some games tonite would of been the nite 2 play him
Dusty
De Negro blew it when he played Grant Hill. I think it made the players assume they would win.
