Has to be at least the 4th game now where blake destroys through the first 3 qtrs and then just doesnt get any passes in the 4th. At one point he was completly free under the basket but bledsoe ignored him and took the jumper instead. Clippers making it harder for themselves to close games early that way. Please stop that.
Interesting stat: #Clippers avg 17.5 fast-break points per game when Chris Paul plays, but just 8 when he doesn’t. LAC with 7 fb pts tonight
is that just the difference in steals with paul out or whats wrong there?
Eric Bledsoe gets plenty of steals, as do the Clippers as a whole with or without CP3. I think converting on the break requires CP3’s better passing ability tho. Those lobs aren’t as easy as you’d think.
obv. they dont get bledsoes and pauls steals together with paul out.
paul runs the point on fbs better…ebled is too out of control sometimes…
Bledsoe also doesn’t have the court vision that CP3 has for passing angles.
It was refreshing to see DJ playing in the 4th quarter of a very tight game, which we haven’t seen much of before. Any guesses/reasons to why VDN stuck with DJ as opposed to his usual preference of Odom down the stretch?
do you guys see the clippers doing a trade before the deadline
3 most important re-signings (besides chris paul) and free agent targets for the clippers this offseason? Plausible Trade ideas
how about butler

willie green is giving the clippers nothing on defense he is bad on offense he can’t get open or hit shots we need 2 trade for a wing player that can play defense and hit shots, eric bledsoe is still learning but played better 2nite needs 2 keep energy up on defense and offense, boy matt barnes got 2 stop losing his cool we need him, dj finally played better than lamar, let’s see if he can continue 2 do better he would have the opportunity against toronto, clippers not going 2 blake in 4th quarter is a shame and idiotic 2 say the least, that’s why people don’t think they can win because they r the clippers keep doing things that don’t make sense
You can’t say DJ finally played better than Odom. DJ’s per 36 minute stats are much better than Odom’s and that has been the case all season. Although Odom’s skillset is more diverse than DJ’s, Odom right now can’t shoot and make anything outside of 8 feet from the basket. I agree though that Matt Barnes needs to stop losing his cool like that.
