Here’s video from Day 2 of the Clippers’ exit interviews.
1. Whos the cute blonde?
2. Can ya hook a brother up?
3. Did he really just try to pass off all blame on external factors like matchups, injuries, etc? I want a coach who says losing is unacceptable and I could have done better but I missed the opportunity and that’s why we’re not still playing. I dont want to hear about how everything else is the reason. Be accountable if you want to call yourself the Head Coach.
God, Vinny just looks so…. presidential. That hair. That chin. OH ME OH MY WE GOTTA BRING THIS GUY BACK!
Pretty cool, Darth Vader was there at the interviews huh? I’d know that breathing anywhere.
Gotta love Sacks saying he’s not thinking about his own situation and it’ll be handled later.. Same thing Olshey said. Sure would be nice to have a consistent architect putting the team together with an actual plan and vision.
“Sure would be nice to have a consistent architect putting the team together with an actual plan and vision.” Preach.
All the BLOGERS!! haha , that’s classic!!
Does Vinny really think HE created this turnaround in culture?
I wonder what Doc Rivers or Thibodeau would be able to accomplish with this roster…
Seriously, Vinny was whining about losing Blake. About losing his front line against the Grizz. Then about injuries to guys who hardly played the entire season.
Second Round Playoff teams with injured superstars:
Bulls – Rose
Knicks – Amare
Pacers – Granger
Warriors – Lee/Bogut/Curry
Thunder – Westbrook
5 of 8 teams with injured superstars.
Cry me a river Vinny.
I’ll add to that with the Bulls – Half of their team is hurt and they beat the Heat tonight in game 1. VDN sucks….
Amare, Granger, Lee, and Bogut are not superstars. They’re not even star players at this point.
Amare is a 6 time all star. Granger is also an all star. They obviously represent a ton of talent. The point is not having them and still winning. All these teams, despite injuries and matchups, have made it to the second round. They had to rely on role players to step up in the void, and they have. Quite frankly, they all have better coaches.
Cry me a river, Vinny. You want consistency out of DJ yet you never gave him the minutes to get those reps.
I find it funny. There are crazy people who on Yahoo who think VDN is a good coach. They have no idea what they’re talking about and probably don’t watch the Clippers.
Vinny awkwardly standing in the background trying to listen in on the beginning of Sacks’ interview was great
