Do you believe the 15th open roster spot will determine the fate of J.J. Redick? Ex: if they get a big man, then Redick will be healthy. If they get another wing, then Redick is out. Given this scenario, which big or wing could you see the Clippers picking up?
I continue to hold the opinion that Redick is being “popped” or if you prefer, “Pop’d”. In addition to the now-frequent reports of Redick practicing, there were softer reports for a few weeks prior to Redick practising. Also, Doc has made brief reference to Redick wanting to play but Doc saying to the effect that “we want to play it safe.”
It’s my belief that Doc isn’t being as blatant about it as Popovich which is why it hasn’t been given much attention. However, I’ll ask you this.
If you are going to shut down a player, why is iit so obviously known that the player is practising and why would you make the player available to make public statements?
Who ever faces the Grizzlies will be so beat up after that series that the damage will be done. Clippers just don’t match up with the Warriors, but I’d take them over the Grizzlies.
Portland or Houston in the 1st would be great.
Top 5 all-time Clippers: World B Free, Derek Smith, Blake, CP3, and Elton Brand.
Top 5 all-time Clippers:
World B Free – imagine a combination of Jamal and Corey Maggette
Derek Smith – before his knee injury was a monster 6-8 scoring SG
Elton Brand – best offensive rebounder in a decade
just missed: Tom Chambers, Michael Brooks, Sam Cassell
