We... suck.

Well, I've got tickets to Sunday's game, and all I can do is hope that I get to witness Iverson's debut as a Clipper with my own two eyes.

i woke up today and read that contract talks w/ dunleavy had completely stalled. "awesome," i thought, "hopefully elgin realized that dunleavy had already reached his pinnacle w/ the clips (game 5 vs suns last yr, right before ewing -> raja -> *DONG!*) and that he's currently coaching us right out of the playoffs." hours later, after they announced the starting lineup for tonight..."and head coach for the clippers, who will be here for at least 4 more years..." great. motherfuck me. i knew it was going to be a long night.

- deron williams absolutely OWNED livingston on the offensive end. the same livingston who emerged as a potential shut-down defender during the laker game. wtf.

- boozer is a beast. he went after (and got) so many loose balls. plus, he just does not ever miss inside.

- utah's offense broke down our D so often tonight it was sickening.

- daniel ewing, good luck in europe in the near future.

- good things happen when guys cut to the basket, livingston 2x, singleton. there's a big difference b/n sprinting through the lane looking to get the ball inside and jogging through the lane looking to find ur spot on the perimeter.

- i'm in favor of handing kaman some cocaine and/or speed if it'll help his focus.

- cya corey, have a nice career.

excuse my scattered thoughts. why i've been getting so irritated and agitated this year, i don't really know. i think it's b/c i believe we're a lot better than this. it's like watching someone throw their life away knowing there's nothing u can do about it. ok maybe that's a bit extreme, but whatever. sorry for venting here.

go clips. : (

Dunleavy spent the pregame comments on AM710 discussing which teams we would match up against in the playoffs. YES, the clown was talking about the PLAYOFFS in freaking DECEMBER.

Thats the problem, the club thinks they are a playoff team and can walk through these 82 warm up games and then "match up favorably" in the playoffs. Well guess what, only 8 teams from the west get an invitation to play in May.

SO START WINNING SOME FREAKING "WARMUP GAMES". Snap out of this state of denial. Realize that we suck, and nobody is going to cut us a break.

The league is competitive and all teams have talented players. The teams with the strongest psyche and desire will win over the long run. It starts with the coach, so MD you gotta wake up, help the guys realize that they are no better than there latest result, meaning right now they are losers.

Dunleavy start focusing on winning in the regular season or order just go ahead and order that huge home entertainment center so you can comfortably watch the playoffs in crystal clear HD from your living room while pondering which team you would match up best against...

Sometimes I can't believe Dunleavy. But you have to hand it to him for helping assemble this team.

There are many good , young players who couldn't make it to NBA. If NBA can pick atleast 25 players every year and groom them for International Basketball, that would be great. NBA is rich enough to allocate enough funds on these players. If NBA loves USA, this is one of the ways to prove it. To win world championship, year-long total coomitment is required. Asking NBA players to sign up for this tournament is ridiculous.
