Why the F*&# is some guy named Nacho doing scoring 17 points and hitting what, 4 3balls tonight?????? WOW. I almost had a coronary when Cat's shot went up. Games like tonight give me an ulcer, I swear to God. The first half was monster, why oh why can we not keep ourselves sustained an entire game?

Adam:

Q, by and large, didn't play Carter in the second half. Hell, he wasn't in the game in the fourth quarter until 4:37.

If your argument is "why is Q on the floor if he's not going to take Carter," I understand. But the fact of the matter is that Dunleavy switched Q onto Kidd, had him on Nachbar for two series [after the barrage] though he was the help guy on Carter when he was on the strong side. Then, when he was placed on Carter, they ran a high screen [Collins] in order to get the switch onto Brand -- who couldn't challenge since he had 5 fouls.

Carter got his points on Mobley and Maggette. He is a very good scorer.

And Akbar hit all of the three pointers when Corey double teamed VC.

The Clippers went cold on the offensive end, and the Nets hit six second half threes. That is why the game ended so close.

David Stern needs to stop his refs from calling 50 fouls a game. It is killing the NBA.
