Maggette out for three weeks; Ross and Thornton game-time decisions.  Mobley not quite 100%.  

So much for the Clippers' depth at the 3.  My assumption is that [a] Sam and Knight/Dickau will see some time together in the backcourt, with Mobley and Patterson out on the wing covering Anthony.  [b] Davis and Williams will get some time on the block, with Thomas moving over to the 3 when Anthony sits [which isn't very often].  Either way, this amounts to very bad news.  Denver will sag, which will make this terrific interior defensive team even tougher. 

It gets to a point when any solace you can take away from "well, this will give some younger players time to develop" is secondary to the general unwatchability you have to endure as a viewer.
