Re. Game against Lakers: Winning shouldn't be Clippers goal. They should not play too hard & dispose their energy on KOBE, JACKSON & CO. Instead they should concentrate on targeting KOBE by double, triple teaming him for 48 minutes. He's going to play like a POSSESSED MAN. Clippers better prepare themselves to face Hurricane Kobe rather than playing to win. It doesn't make sense to lose against them & lose 5 more games. Let Odom & Co. score. Clippers have to make KOBE play extra hard. Nothing should come easy for him. Can Clippers cripple KOBE's game tomorrow? Let's wait & see.

Coach Dunleavy has Ross, Singleton, Ewing & Livingston to guard Kobe. Making Mobley guard him can be counter productive. Let Mobley Concentrate on scoring.

Can't wait for tomorrow's game... But the Lakers are on a roll. They seem to be meshing, so it should be tough. But if Sam has a good game, and Mobley plays like he has been...it's the Clips game to lose.

There's a reason why Lakers play each game like there's no tomorrow. Their reputation & TV/Cable deals are on the line. And Kobe knows the consequences of losing like last season. Jerry Buss spent all his money on Kobe. And Kobe has to prove his worth to his team by winning not just scoring like Michael Redd.

They are definitely a contender this season if they play at this level on consistant basis. Right now they are riding on the wave of KOBE FACTOR. Let's see how long it last.

There are many good , young players who couldn't make it to NBA. If NBA can pick atleast 25 players every year and groom them for International Basketball, that would be great. NBA is rich enough to allocate enough funds on these players. If NBA loves USA, this is one of the ways to prove it. To win world championship, year-long total coomitment is required. Asking NBA players to sign up for this tournament is ridiculous.
