Isn't that the 2nd time in the past two years that the refs have blown an OBVIOUS call in a late-game situation at home against the Rockets that cost us the chance to win the game?

(Talking about Livingston "tipping" the ball out of bounds in a game last year....of course Tracy McGrady didn't just lose control of the ball....)

Damn! That was a very bad call...

For the record, Q. Ross, with some good help from others (EB mostly), did an excellent job on McGrady during the 4th quarter. McGrady scored 4 points in the 4th, going 1-8 on FG, 2-2 FT, 2 TOs (1 steal by Q), 2 Assts (the one to Battier for 3 was a killer, but a beautiful play) and 1 rebound.

If you use Q at the end of the game as a defensive stopper, who do you keep on the bench? Assuming the lineup is Q, EB, Kaman/Thomas and one of Hart/Ewing/Ghost of Sam Cassell, that means either Cat or Corey is sitting. Tonight, Corey sat for much of the 4th.

Yao Mings beard has to rival Kaman's hair before the cut... OMG???

Looks like Corey is enjoying his role on the team (too bad he couldn't hit a barn yard from 4 feet) but the intensiry is getting better and I remain hopefull that the guys pull it together down the stretch!

here's a novel approach, if you need Q.Ross for his defensive presence, how about sitting Hart and going with Mob's and Corey. Not like Hart is a ball-handling playmaking whiz. Let me take you back to two of the greatest teams w/the greatest backcourts of all-time and then tell me who was the point guard. West/Goodrich, Frazier/Monroe. Point being an NBA caliber guard shoot be able to get the damn ball across the half-court line and pass it intelligently.
