I don't know if the Lakers made the Deal!! I believe David Stern Strong armed the Deal. Just like the year when the Lakers sucked, Stern decided to move the 1st round from 3 to 5 games. Now, Memphis makes a deal only someone who half a brain could deal (Isiah Thomas).

Forget steroids, The gov't and FBI should investigate how these deals could be done.

I will accept the following things happen:

1.Kobe suffers a sever injury
2.Bynum's knee never recovers
3.Lamar gets caught smoking a dub
4.The lakers plane crashes on the roadtrip

Correct answer is: 1,3,4

Didn't see the game but Al was 1 for 15 tonight.

This was a great loss for the Clippers though. Corey and Kamen seem in no rush to get back. Looks like operation tank job.

Darko and Kwame, together forever. Sam I am has got to be going soon, I'm surprised he hasn't been more vocal about wanting to go to a contender.

I agree with everything that u guys have mentioned, its so crystal clear that Kaman and Maggette are not eager to come and play. But should we blame them, this team sucks right now.

Elton and Shaun should not comeback this year, think about it. As a matter of fact EB should hold back before he signs back with this sorry team and see what is management going to do so this team could compete. He should maybe think of testing the free agent market and really there's about 25 better teams than the Clippers.

Sterling, and Management, I want to let you know that as a fan I do have a choice and I will not be renewing my season tix and I know that there are many fans that feel the same way. Why should I put myself thru that embarrasment of always coming out of the staple ctr with a freaking lost all the time!!!! Enough is Enough

Yesterday was the perfect microcosm as it relates to the Clippers and Lakers.

The Lakes pulled off a beautiful trade where they lose 2 role players (and future picks) for an all-star big man who makes them instant contenders, which gives Kobe a chance to compete for a ring once again!

Our Clippers on the other hand get blown out by the worst team in the league and the front office buffoons are sitting there twiddling their thumbs doing nothing!

It's honestly starting to get embarrassing to root for this team!

The level of incompetence, from the owner to the president to the GM to the coach to the trainer, is probably unparalleled in the history of the NBA. You could plug these characters into the Spurs organization and I swear that club would be in ruins in 2 years time.......

God hates the Clippers.

Dear Vajeen,

You remind me of a moronic fan who will accept anything from his team and demand nothing. Kinda like Elgin Baylor - or Donald Sterling before he got sick of being the laughingstock of the NBA.

Well, you are certainly getting your money's worth right now, buddy - the LA Clippers have once again turned into the LA Crappers and the stink flowers are in full bloom.

Pass me a nose clamp & enjoy the smell.

Vajeen, you must be employed by the Clippers. And if you are not, I don't believe that you are a season tix holder because if you had any kind of sense you would realize that management need more idiots like you!!!

I'm with you Vajeen, supporters who just walk away are not worth having in the first place, hang around blokes but let the establishment know you are not happy with the product.

The Clips could clear some cap room [though I urge them not to spend it on the Westside Rentals loon], and rid Staples of his once-endearing, but increasingly tiresome shtick. As I told Abbott this morning, I'd trade Darrell Bailey for a deli spread and three cubic liters of pre-jump-ball talc.
