Sterling may have to bite the bullet, and fire Dunleavy, plus risk paying out the remaining money and years on his contract (three years and about $15 or 18 million left). Even if everyone is back healthy, they can't go into the future with this collection of garbage both on the roster (except for a couple guys) and in the front office.

this season is over, i think we can agree on that. all this trade talk is mute unless we can get expiring contracts in return, which is the smart decision in not trading maggette for he will surely opt out of his contract (elton gets like 16 million next year so he won't opt out, but after next year, oy vey he may be a goner).
sadly dunleavey has plenty of excuses to keep his job at the end of the season. i hate the guy, think he is terrible, but with all the injuries, he and baylor will blame that on the losses, and sterling who doesn't know any better than dollar signs will believe it.
